Refund and Cancellation

Effective Date: From 01/10/2024 until any changes are made

No refund for the lessons, once payment has been made.

You can cancel a lesson by giving us from 4 up to 24 hours prior notice and we will cancel/reschedule that particular lesson as per mutual availability.

Cancellation by the Student

Students may cancel their enrollment up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. In such cases, we will cancel/reschedule that particular lesson as per mutual availability.

Cancellations made after this period will be charged.

Cancellation by the Academy

If a lesson is canceled or rescheduled by us, students will receive either a makeup lesson or a proportional refund.

Technical Issues

We are not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end (e.g., internet connectivity). If technical problems occur on our end, a makeup lesson will be arranged.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Any chargebacks or payment disputes must be resolved directly with us before escalating to the payment processor.
